It works simple, it checks your folder to see if it contains any new mod, and if it does the script will automatically add it to the meta.xml and restart the resource. That's exactly what this resource does for you. Never having to edit meta.xml, never being too lazy to add new mods, no problems with custom handing, and working vehicle collisions.
